USA's VA tests new drug data software
The US Veterans Administration has announced plans to assess First Databank's National Drug Data File Plus database program, with the aim of adopting it throughout the agency's hospitals and clinics.
The VA already has its own specialist database, the National Drug File, but the government agency is concerned that the existing program may not meet existing and future requirements, according to the Health Data Management magazine.
