Valorum Files for Bankruptcy
The French drug contract research company Valorum has filed forbankruptcy after three years. Losses reached 83 million francs ($14.7 million) in first-half 1998 on sales of 57 million francs. The company lost a contract recently and shareholders had refused an increase in capital.
