California-based Attovia Therapeutics has set terms for a Nasdaq listing, planning to sell 12.5 million shares at $15 to $17 each in its initial public offering. At the midpoint that would net about $182.4 million and, added to the $132.6 million it held at the end of March, fund the immunology specialist into 2029. US biotech Braveheart Bio has set terms for an initial public offering that could rank among the year's larger biotech listings, aiming to sell about 18.7 million shares at $15 to $17 apiece and net roughly $274.5 million at the midpoint. North Carolina biotech Vogenx is aiming for the smallest of a recent cluster of biotech listings, proposing to sell 6.25 million shares at $11 to $13 apiece in its initial public offering. At the midpoint the deal would net about $67.8 million. The metabolic disease specialist has applied to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker VOGX. 31 July 2026

Ractigen Therapeutics, a Chinese biotech company working on small activating RNA (saRNA) medicines, has closed a financing round of more than 200 million yuan ($31 million). Guozhong Capital led the raise, with participation from a clutch of domestic investors and returning backer Longmen Capital, which took part for a third straight round. 30 July 2026
