Warrick Pharmaceuticals agreement with Novopharm

- Schering-Plough's generic business division, Warrick Pharmaceuticals, has signed a non-exclusive agreement with Novopharm extending Warrick's access to distribute and market Novopharm generic drugs in the USA. The terms give Warrick access for eight years to Novopharm's line of 13 products, which includes cimetidine, nifedipine, metoprolol and atenolol, as well as any new products approved in the USA through 2003.
