Watson seeking to market generic Enablex in USA; Novartis files patent infringement suit
USA-based Watson has asked the Food and Drug Administration to approve a generic version of Swiss drug major Novartis' Enablex (darifenacin), a once-daily treatment for over-active bladder. Novartis has filed a patent-infringement suit against Watson. The drug earned $220.0 million last year.
