TAIWAN: A US grand jury has indicted three Taiwanese nationals arrestedas part of a sting operation and charged with trying to steal technology involved in making Bristol-Myers Squibb's Taxol (paclitaxel; Marketletter June 30). The jury is still looking into whether the firm that employed the two men and one women was also involved.
