Wyeth granted summary judgement in vaccines case
US drug major Wyeth has been granted a motion for summary judgement in a case alleging that use of thimerosal in one of its vaccines led its recipient to develop autism. Daniel Thomasch, representing Wyeth, said that the court found "that the plaintiff's attempt to link autism to childhood vaccines is contrary to generally-accepted science."
