UK-based York Pharma's new management has updated shareholders on its ongoing strategic review and, as a result, has decided to: close the firm's Japanese office; reduce its German infrastructure; identify pipeline assets to be divested; and continue the late-stage development of its dermatology pipeline, while minimizing investment. York also says it is looking into ways to help address its short-term funding needs.
